The project currently is being wholeheartedly initiated and implemented by

Media Lab Asia. The purpose behind initiating the Tribal Women as Change Agent (TWCA) project was to train group of master trainers among tribal women who in turn can be change agents in providing basic training in life and livelihood issues among the rest of women in their communities.

While implementing the TWCA project, Media Lab Asia has been soliciting help of local and national level non-governmental organizations like Sankalp in Baran district and New Delhi based Digital Empowerment Foundation.
